Our Lady of Sheshan Seminary goes to Sagada, Mountain Province, for its Convivencia 2025. The Convivencia days were spent on hiking the high mountains of Sagada like Mount Ampacao and Mount Polis where the virtues of generosity, magnanimity, and fraternal spirit were strengthened among the community members. On top of the mountains the brothers will either erect a wooden cross or the daily Holy Mass will be presided there by Rev. Fr. Diego Ibarra, IVE.

There were also field trips to some tourist attractions around Sagada. Each day ends with the community rosary and Eucharistic Adoration, followed by dinner and a longer time for community eutrapelia, which includes some movie nights or watching recaps of soccer matches.

The last five days of the Convivencia were spent in San Fabian in Pangasinan, where the brothers enjoyed the beach near the house that the Dominicans lent to the community for the occasion. The crowning moment of the Convivencia is the traditional visit and to the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag. This year we visited it twice. One on the Feast of Jesus Christ the Eternal High Priest where Fr. Ibarra presided the Holy Mass and was followed by a cultural trip and the second one on the Solemnity of the Holy Trinity where Fr. Ibarra concelebrated with the Dominican Fathers. The visit to the renowned Basilica has the purpose of expressly thanking Our Lady for the graces received during the Academic Year and to put into her hands the upcoming one.

On the way back to Lipa, the community passed by to the San Guillermo Parish Church is a Roman Catholic church in Bacolor, Pampanga, Philippines where we can find the relic of the veil of Our Lady and of St. William the Hermit.

We would like to thank our friends and benefactors who made this activity possible and we entrust the fruits of this Convivencia in the hands of Our Lady.
