During the Feast of the Chinese Martyrs, of St. Joseph Zhang Wenlan, Cheng Changping, Luo Tingyin who are the co-patrons of our Seminary of Our Lady of Sheshan, Brothers Benjamin Gnanapragasam and Jayapaul Polysetti professed their perpetual vows in the Institute of the Incarnate Word.
In a solemn Mass celebrated by the Provincial Superior and attended by friends and family members of the new perpetually professed, Brothers Benjamin and Jayapaul made before God a perpetual oblation of their entire selves, through vows of poverty, chastity and obedience, according to the constitutions of the Institute of the Incarnate Word. They also took an additional vow of Maternal Slavery of Love to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
